A superb maple grove with approximately 4000 taps, the best of both worlds! A wood fire and food grade stainless steel equipment. The unique and characteristic flavor of sugar shack products of yesteryear with current quality standards. All of our products are handcrafted with premium quality maple syrup. We transform maple sap into syrup with the traditional wood fire which allows you to charm you with its inviting aromas during boiling. And why not have complementary production? A blueberry field! The planting project started in 2010. Now with nearly 2500 plants of several varieties in order to offer a tasty harvest from mid-July to mid-August. Whether in the fields for U-pick or already picked at the counter, they are all as succulent as each other.
About our business !
And we don’t stop there! For a year we have been raising Angus beef that we sell on the farm in cuts. We also have fresh eggs from our pullets and much more!

- March 1st to April 15th (Maple sirup): Monday to Sunday – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., please call for reservation
- July 15th to August 15th (Blueberry) : Monday to Sunday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. close in case of rain
