About our business !

Fresh Meat: Carcass Beef and Pork, for custom cutting, to fill your freezer. Fresh lamb and veal available on request. But, we still have frozen parts for you. Range of frozen poultry products.

Our featured products: Smoke meat and homemade smoked cooked ham, bacon, bone-in buttock and shoulder ham, smoked chops. Our variety of frozen sausages and fresh cold meats. Blood pudding and our cretons, baked beans, head cheese, all made on site;

During the B.B.Q. season, we offer marinated meats and skewers of chicken, pork and beef, freshly homemade.
