Our micro-distillery and cider house offer you natural local artisanal alcohols (gin, brandy, vermouth, fruit liqueur, perries and ciders) made entirely on site from our own fruit grown on our estate.
Our alcohols are produced from old ancestral fruit varieties that were forgotten and replanted more than 10 years ago.

Blair Orchards is a must-visit during apple season!
We offer apple picking as well as a store with fresh-picked apples, mouth-watering pies and apple products.
Simple but delicious fare also available. Have a seat at our picnic tables to enjoy the crisp, fall air.

Au jour le jour is a multidisciplinary business that combines, among other things, permaculture and awareness of it through guided tours. Culture of medicinal plants and the manufacture of some by-products (macerates, herbal teas) are on sale at the kiosk and by mail order.
This year Au jour le jour will focus particularly on the garlic production (harvest at the end of July). In May, a temporary kiosk will be open on Route 201 for the sale of ecological plants. The usual kiosk for the resale of surpluses by voluntary contributions will be open from June to early September. Don’t miss the opening of the new gardens (3 hectares) on the Covey Hill road.
