Our micro-distillery and cider house offer you natural local artisanal alcohols (gin, brandy, vermouth, fruit liqueur, perries and ciders) made entirely on site from our own fruit grown on our estate.
Our alcohols are produced from old ancestral fruit varieties that were forgotten and replanted more than 10 years ago.
We put a lot of effort into preserving the original taste of the fruit produced between earth and stone. We have been transforming all our fruits into digestible and thirst-quenching drinks for more than 20 years and 100% of the fruits picked on our farm are used for alcoholic transformation.
We will be pleased to share our knowledge with you while tasting our artisanal, local and natural products developed by our connoisseurs.
