Founded in 2007, Fromagerie Le Métayer makes cheeses with 100% Canadian milk, without any added dairy substances. It also offers a selection of fine cheeses, both local and imported.

Natural and flavoured cheddars: Le St-Cyprien, Le St-Patrice, Le St-Romain. Fresh block cheese and brine-salted twist cheese. Fine cheeses: Le Samson d’ici, L’Exil 1838, Le Rang des Étangs.
