Charcuterie Stefan Frick, a food-lover’s heaven for more than 30 years now!
Definitely the best delicatessen on Montréal’s South Shore.
The European owners offer homemade cold cuts like their Burgundy ham smoked the old-fashioned way and their excellent cold-smoked salmon.
They also invite you to discover their succulent sausages, both fresh (to be cooked) and cured (to eat as-is). Stock up on delicious products during your visit!
Shortly after arriving in Canada in 1985, Stefan opened the Charcuterie Stefan Frick delicatessen in a traditional European neighbourhood in Lacolle, Quebec.
Stefan is an exceptional butcher with an excellent reputation. He knows all the secrets to traditional German cuisine, making German sausages and much more.
Charcuterie Frick first built its reputation with a European clientele who had immigrated to Canada years before. This loyalty is still strong today, something we are very proud of.
Charcuterie Frick is a family business that Stefan operates with his wife Wally and their sons, Tobias and Oliver.
